My name is Bruce Fillers. I bought a 2016 Corvette from this dealership, as is no warranty in about 2 1/2 weeks. I noticed the shutter in my transmission. After researching this problem, it was common place in this year model. I bought the car as is no warranty. You would not known about the shutter unless you drove this car for a while. I called the dealership talk to Caleb, from this phone call I have been treated with nothing but respect and friendliness. When I drove into the service bay, the mail technician took my information was super friendly and told me he would get the job done as fast as he could. I went to see the sales manager. I believe his name was JP. I explained my problem to him and ask him if he could help me on the price of fixing this car since I had purchased it only two weeks prior. He said let’s see what’s wrong with it and I’ll see what I can do. The car needed a simple flushing of the transmission. This procedure is kind of costly. Caleb and JP both came to me. Explain the problem. Explain the fix and JP said the dealership would pay half of the cost. I thanked him for helping me and his professionalism. I would highly recommend buying a car from Bachman Bernard Chevrolet dealership, not only for the easy purchase of the car, but the excellent service after the purchase. I cannot brag enough on these individuals and this dealership.

this repair took 3-4 trips to the service department but it was well worth the time..I was kept updated on the status of my truck and appreciate all the effort the service department put into making sure the the computer system was working perfectly. I give Caleb Evens a shout out for all the effort he put in to make sure scheduling my truck worked for me and for the effort he put into working with my warranty company. I use this dealership for all my service needs , my service advisor is sandy walker , she is an exceptional representative for not just the dealership for for GM as well , I recently was is for a basic service just to change oil and things , My wife and I travel more than usual , while we were in South Carolina I could hear a noise coming from the rear brakes, I was confused because my vehicle had just gone through service and had a basic inspection , when I returned home I reached out to sandy to get things checked out . What she found was a faulty sensor that was registering that my brakes in the back were at 52%, obviously that sensor was wrong and in default , because of that sensor defaulting I had to pay $700 dollars to repair the back breaks . In the future I will never rely on this “ modern” Computor systems to tell me when to get service done , I’ll go with my instincts and I would advise you to have your service writers do the same , I am writing a letter to G M as well as this note to you .

Well we went there to get an update that wouldn't load at our home , I guess they couldn't do it there via the electronic download , so they had to manually put it in . We were there 6 hrs for them to do that , we weren't happy about that , while we were there , we were told that it should be done in a few minutes after about 2 hours , but we believe it was of no fault of your service department and that it was something to do with GM , we have a great relationship with Sandi in your service department , who was actually going to check if she could get us a loaner , but as I stated earlier , we were told it wasn't going to take longer than an hour and a half , which turned into 6 hours . But the next day we got another notification that there's another update , so when we get back to Tennessee we will try to do the update , if it doesn't work , we'll be back to the dealership to find out why .

Other than it taking longer than normal due to recent shortage of personnel it was a pleasant experience. Upfront notification of the personnel shortage would have been nice. Keep customer informed of longer than normal service times. My appointment was at 12:45 and I arrived early. My vehicle was still sitting in the check in buiding at 1:50. My service time for oil change and tire rotation was over 2 1/2 hours.

Everything was good at check in. I called earlier today to report that there was an excessive amount of old oil dripping onto my garage floor. It appears to be coming from the skid plate. I figured the tech spilled some oil in there and didn’t clean it up. Was quite a mess to clean up. Never had this problem before.

My experience with the service team was great. Caleb did a great job. The traveling sales men on this property however, were rude and sexually harassed me as I was going to pick up my vehicle. I called to complain to the Sale's manager, Shaun Hinkle, and the answer that I was given was "I do bot control other's behavior." I will not be returning for service or future vehicle purchases.

Driving after dark, I noticed the low beams were just not illuminating the road and discovered the driver side. Low beam was not working. We had a night time trip planned for the evening and they were unable to get a genuine GMC replacement, but we’re able to obtain an aftermarket replacement and put that in for me so we could make a much safer trip at night Prompt and excellent service as usual
